We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even provided us with a take away breakfast when we had an early check out. The location is excellent, being close to the Metro station and a supermarket. It was convenient for us to explore the city as the famous tourist places and important railway stations were easily accessible by subway.

Location is good - near by Vnukovo Aeroport. Transfer will take 20-30 minutes, just make sure to schedule it in reception about 1 hour earlier (~15$-20$). It's possible to get to closest metro Yugo-Zapadnaya by bus (around 15-20 minutes; works during the day only; bus is for free, stop right in front of hotel). If you have early morning flight from Vnukovo, or arriving there at night, definitely Inside will be good option. Relatively easy to find, - entering Rumyancevo complex, from the road you can notice high building with caption "HOTEL". Be sure to remember "building" from hotel's address (E) - if you get lost ask where "building E" is. There is some kind of shopping center in buildings near by - has many shops/restaurants where you can easily spend good amount of day. Look for currency exchange there as well since exchange terminal at hotel doesn't work well.

We went for no-smoking room, but few times during the day strong smell of cigarets was coming from ventilation system. Taxi called by guys from reception used to take around 20-30 minutes to arrive - count on this. No currency exchange in the hotel, - there is ATM at the entrance that does exchange, but it never worked for us.

We had a great stay here. Best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice, clean and comfortable hotel facilities and convenient location close to the Metro and shops. Being close to the airport was a plus too.
